This is a very helpful little guide for mod’ing an old printer so that you can print to it via WiFi. It’s very straight forward with a lot of pictures and helpful tips. The example printer used is an old laser-jet printer.

You might remember K’nex from your childhood days, it’s pretty much like a plastic erector set. This setup is a small case for a little embedded linux box. Honestly I’d imagine it would melt after a few hours of running, but a novel idea in the least.

We seem to always assume that there’s only one way to make a keyboard (aside from dvorak). The Morse Code Keyboard is a very non-conventional design that allows for one handed typing with a lot of flexibility and few constraints of typical keyboards.

Here is another great mod DIY for your computer for when you’re bored on the weekend. Replace the plain knobs on your desktop with ‘glowing’ knobs.
