Lesson 2: Electricity The first element of electronics is electricity. This lesson will explain the three elements of electricity: Voltage, Current, and Wattage. It will also detail how they are used in electronics.
Lesson 3: The Resistor The resistor is the first building block of electronic design. This lesson will cover the purpose of resistors and introduce a fundamental tool called Ohm's Law.
Lesson 4: The Capacitor The capacitor is the second building block of electronic design. This lesson will explain the electrical charging properties of capacitors and how they are used.
Lesson 5: The Inductor The inductor is the third building block of electronic design. This lesson will describe the magnetic charging properties of inductors and how they are used in circuits.
Lesson 6: The Diode The diode is a unique circuit element that has on/off switching capabilities. This lesson will explain what a diode is and how it is most commonly used.
Lesson 7: The Transistor The most famous circuit element is called the transistor. This lesson will explain the switching and amplifying properties of the transistor as they are used today.

Lesson 9: The 555 Timer The 555 Timer is a symbol of the digital age. This lesson will introduce the 555 timer and describe its many uses for producing electrical signals and pulses.
Lesson 10: Schematics and Datasheets Documenting your work properly is a necessity for any designer. This lesson will explain how electrical schematics are drawn and also take a look at what datasheets are.
