"This is a simple walk through on attempting to build a quick ‘inverse-panorama’ camera jig for time lapse photography."

" I started generating concepts for a small robot late in 2007. Once I had finally settled on what I was going to build, work started on my robot in the summer of 2007. This page is devoted to the robot I ended up creating. Since then, it has undergone several revisions, reflecting my increasing knowledge and skills from my coursework."

"The Real Dropbox is a interactive scanning device directly connected to the users dropbox account. Initially the concept suggested further functionality such as implementing the ability to make phone calls using a skype account and a earphone. The goal was to produce something out of an idea, that could indeed be useful to someone. Even if it was only ourselves."

"When I learned about Elco Jacobs’ amazing ShiftPWM Arduino Library, I knew all I needed was a little general purpose driver board to light all that LEDs up. the library basically uses shift registers and a high frequency serial signal in order to PWM control a lot of LEDs on just three Arduino pins. handy enough, I was introduced into etching PCBs at the same time, so there it was, my first etching project."

"The DIY pick and place machine project is now finally running and is able to place the components for our Raspberry Pi expansion boards. This project started in July 2013 when we began to order the various components, bearings, motors, drive systems, frame materials etc and we started to build the machine in September."

"The objective is to use readily available ‘off-the-shelf’ low-cost consumer components where possible, and to design electronic subsystems where such components are either not readily available or are too expensive. In terms of affordability, the overall goal is to design a robot that can be made for around the price of a PC."

"LED Flowers are a set of PWM-controlled RGB LEDs which get their settings via USB using obdev.at’s USB stack. Everything needed for this workshop is under a free license, so feel free to copy and modify."

"Jonathan Ward from the MIT Center for Bits and Atoms has designed a snap-together, desktop-sized CNC milling machine. The MTM Snap is made from 1/2-inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) – itself milled on a ShopBot – and can be assembled for about $700. This three-axis CNC machine can mill circuit boards, wax molds, and harder materials in a 5x3x1.75″ working area. "

"A PID controller is like a kind of fancy thermostat, but can be used to control pretty much any kind of process, not just heating and cooling. This project was inspired by the osPID and its design is greatly indebted to that pioneering device."

"For a long time, I was looking for a solution to the size of my stk500. Its big, fragile, and requires external power and a large USB to serial cable. It seemed like the solution was one of these, a tiny (haha) programmer based around an attiny45/48. Since I had the parts left over from The Secret Knowledge (more on this later) that would let me implement v-usb, and some attiny45 in my room, I decided to give it a shot. Along the way there were a few roadblocks:"
