Single Transistor Radio

Simple transistors radios have been around for a long time and since they are quite easily built a variety of circuit diagrams for AM/FM exist. This project goes through (the old “radio shack special”) and explains what goes where for a very simple FM radio and even offers an example PCB layout. You may have already heard of the Radio Shack Special, but now you can check it out.
