Program the DE2 Board: Introduction

           This tutorial is a continuation of 'The Altera DE2 Board' tutorial. In that tutorial we installed all the software we'd need so that we could program the DE2 board. In this tutorial we'll actually make a simple program using the schematic editor and program the DE2 with it.

           This tutorial will cover:
1. Creating a Quartus II Project.
2. Making a Schematic File.
3. Compiling the Schematic File.
4. Programming the DE2.

           This tutorial is setup for the first timer, so don't worry about not understanding something. There are alot of pictures & videos.
