Create A New Quartus II Project
First things first, open up Quartus II. It should look something like this »
File -> New Project Wizard
The wizard will open up in a smaller window. Click Next »
Fill out the project location & Name...try to avoid spaces in both names »
Directory doesn't exist...fine click YES & Next »
You can add existing files to the project here »
Select Family: Cyclone II, Device: EP2C35F672C6 »
You can choose simulation tools, we don't need any right now »
Overview of your project, click Finish »
The project is now in Quartus II »
Now it's time to make our program using the schematic programmer!
