This project was mostly a hardware task, so I'll connect together the breakout board to the DE0-Nano and let's see if sparks fly. Although I'd prefer it if only LEDs fade in and out like they're suppose to!
So the breakout board passed the simple test to see if all the I/O connections make it through the cable, breakout board and onto the breadboard so that we can prototype, awesome! The LEDs look pretty cool as well.
