Schematic Overview
The schematic for the breakout board is drop dead simple. We have our part and then a bunch of pads for each pin. The main devices used in the circuit are the Ethernet Port and SIPs.

Ethernet Port
The port itsself has 8 data pins and then 4 pins for the LEDs. The SIPs we will be connecting each port to are standard PDIP pin size and have a 2.54mm (0.1") pitch size, so when we get to layout, we need to be sure they are seperated by that 0.1" pitch.
