An Introduction To VHDL:

An Overview Of The Introduction To VHDL
As with most introductions, the results are only mildly impressive at best. This system shows a working input & output which paves the way to bigger and better things. Since you now have exposure to VHDL you can move on to see what else the language offers and what other statements the language has. This tutorial is based largely on the 'Learn By Example' approach.

What To Do Now
Now that you have a way to give input and see output you can add another device to the board, perhaps a sensor to take data and see output based off different input. The world is at your fingertips to customize from this point forward. Similarly, it would be a great idea to learn what else the vhdl language has to offer, either by exploring more tutorials on vhdl at or from other sources!

This tutorial was quite fun. Simple systems like this one are easily created & programmed and most errors are easily corrected. More complex systems are harder to work with. This platform is great for beginners, it offers new learners a way to see the basics of digital logic at work while also seeing primitive design techniques.
