Now that the pic is programmed with the software create & the circuit has been assembled it is time for testing! The video below shows probably exactly what you are expecting to see a motor running backward & forward at various speeds.
The L298HN can control two dc motors simultaneously, so its application seen above shows only a tiny portion of what it is capable of. L298HN's are also good at controlling stepper motors, but that's for a future tutorial.
