Arduino Blinky LED Intro

Arduino Blinky LED Intro Overview
This article was meant to give an overview of the process that you go through from purchasing your first Arduino board, to actually watching your cusotm program run on it. The many steps from beginning to finish were documented in this article in a way that anyone can follow along with. Additionally the video in the Data & Observations section gave proof as well as an additional learners aid for the 'cross-development' process for development with the Arduino platform.

What To Do Now
After you have the Arduino platform and development enviornment properly setup, there are no more limits but your imagination. You can begin to explore the more advanced functionality that the Arduino platform offers like with the build in hardware like analog to digital converters and timers. Interrupts will also be an important topic to understand as you progress further and further.

Conclusion
The goals that we set out to achieve in the purpose were all achieved as we proved in the video. Similarly, the whole process was documented in the schematic and theory sections. These all prove that the Arduino platform is indeed beginner friendly (even though it came without instructions!) and that getting the hardware equivalent of a "hello, world" program of blinky LEDs resulted in few hassles.
