The following video is a quick demo of the Arduino UNO outputting VGA signals to a standard VGA computer monitor. No tricks or gimmicks, just our humble software running and spitting out timing signals.
So, the red, green and blue signals appears right after power-up with no distortion or craziness. Hopefully that should be enough to convince you that this system does indeed work and we are outputting 800x600 VGA @ 60 Hz.
