Parts Kit???

Postby BigTuna » Wed Jul 02, 2014 6:56 am

Hello,

If I already have a breadboard box with a 3.3 volt power supply and a programmable clock, what subset of the parts kit do I need for the class (in addition to the CPLD breakout board)?

Thanks,
BigTuna

Hi,

Every part in the components kit is used at least once in the course and some parts are used several times.

If you already have a power supply, you would only need 470Ω & 10kΩ resistors, tactile push buttons, LEDs, CD4511BE, 7 segment display, a CPLD (preferrably the breakout board we are using) and an Altera compatible JTAG programmer.
