I'm was having problems with this lesson and was getting a solid HIGH at D13 when I initialized the sketch. The circuit diagram shows the high end of the pushbutton going to the TX pin. Although it's hard to tell from the video, it also seems to be that way on the breadboard.

In reviewing Arduino command reference for attachInterrupt, it referenced D2 as the pin that worked with Interrupt 0. So I moved the jumper from the pushbutton from TX to D2 and everything worked just fine.

I believe we made a mistake on the schematic. We'll update it to digital 2, which is interrupt 0.
