Simple Pyro RF Transmitter (27 MHz)

I would like to know what are L1, L2, L3 working for?
in my experiences, L1 and L2 that protect damage on the transistors, and other L3 that filter low pas filter?

if not correct what i wrote above, please write me a bit more detail :)

L1 and L2 will block any AC signals from your power source and the resistance of these can also serve as current limiting.

L3 acts as a filter with C6....but not a great filter.

The problem I have run into is detecting the light pass4sure security+ book
returning to the source. My initial tests using a 5mw red laser diode module and a standard A9950 LDR only nets in a detection range of about 1 meter, and that's in a pretty dark room. (I'm using a small lens to focus the image of the room onto the sensor area.) Before scrapping my idea, I wanted to see if there might be some hardware or software alternatives.

I am making the same project. But i am wondering how the switch in transmitter works? How it is connected to the 555 ic which is working as a astable multivibrator? How that switch is connected to the entire ic? Anyone help please!!!!
And did the project actually worked with the schematic provided on the website? I hav my project submission within 2 weeks please help me!!!
