Pyro Propeller Clock POV Project Write-up

Install the C18 Compiler with MPLAB. Open the Pov.c file in MPLAB and compile it. Then download it to your starterkit2 PIC.

I was testing the LED and phototransistor circuit to go with an LED and not funciona.send scheme to make me some please

how did you manage to pass the hex file for pic? PICkit2 but I have not have room to include a pic18f252. How did you do?

The part list talks about 74ls373 and in the shematic it's 74ls374. What have i to use

Both parts will work, 74LS373 is what I used.

Could you please point me where i can get the hex files to programm with, the pic.
Have tried but couldn't compile the C files.

NB: I have the required programmer (epic programmer..).

Hi Eddy25,

I didn't provide the hex with this project unfortunately, so you'll need to learn to use MPLAB + C18 compiler both free from microchip.

Thanks for answering.
It tooks to me one hour to understand how to deal with mplab + c18. finally i got my Hex files.
Now I'm building the project and will let you know how it goes.

Another question: Is the speed of the fan (3800 RPM) critical.
ie can i use a fan with higher or lower rotating speed.

i finally compiled the .c files and got the hex files ,
can you please tell what were the size of your hex files.
mine are between 4to 5 kb is it right..
